Capital Automotive Group is expanding and were looking for a proven Commercial (Fleet) Sales Representative to help grow and strengthen our business-to-business partnerships across the Raleigh market. This role is ideal for someone who already knows the commercial sales landscape and is ready to take their experience to the next level with a respected growth-focused automotive group.

What Youll Do
Build manage and grow strong relationships with commercial and fleet clients
Develop new business while expanding existing accounts
Consult with business owners and decision-makers to understand operational needs
Present tailored vehicle and fleet solutions aligned with budgets and long-term goals
Navigate fleet programs incentives and commercial purchasing processes with confidence
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Stay current on inventory manufacturer programs and commercial offerings
What Were Looking For (Must-Haves)
Minimum 2 years of commercial sales experience REQUIRED
(Automotive fleet or B2B sales experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success working within fleet or commercial sales programs
Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline independently
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Self-driven organized and customer-focused mindset
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
