Were partnering with a rapidly growing Miami-based company seeking a driven forward-thinking Controller to help propel the business into its next phase of expansion.
If youre looking for a true step up this role puts you at the table with ownership. Youll shape financial strategy build scalable processes and make a measurable impact from day one.
What Youll Lead:
Own daily accounting operations and deliver timely accurate financial reporting
Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and performance optimization
Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Drive budgeting forecasting and annual planning cycles
Manage audits and ensure full compliance with accounting standards
Mentor and develop a growing accounting team
Provide insights and recommendations that influence executive decision-making
What You Bring:
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
615 years of progressive accounting experience with steady career advancement
Solid ERP experience (NetSuite is a plus)
Strong analytical communication and leadership skills
Bilingual English/Spanish
Ability to work on-site in Miami MondayFriday
