Location: San Ramon Elementary Schools

Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday (3 different start times available) -No weekends!

Pay & Benefits:

$22/hour (pay is based on education and experience)

Heres what youll need:

Must have 15 semester units or equivalent quarter units from an accredited college or university.
At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center
12 units of courses that cover child growth and development human growth and development child family and community or program/curriculum
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
As an AlphaBEST Early Learning Education Professional youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
