JUNIOR ARCHITECT DESIGN & EXECUTION

Project sites across Tamil Nadu & Kerala
Verticals: Infrastride Tamala Terrains
About the Role
Aeonn Ark builds homes and regenerative retreats meant to last.
This role is for an architect who wants to build not just draw.
You will convert concepts into clear drawings and ensure they are executed on-site.
Work includes design detailing and field coordination.
High accountability. No excuses. You own your drawings and outcomes.

Minimum Qualification
- from a recognized institute.
- 1 year internship experience.
Required Skills
Technical:
- AutoCAD SketchUp Enscape/Lumion Adobe Suite
- Material knowledge and basic structural logic
- Ability to produce error-free drawings
Execution:
- Read site markings structure finishes
- Resolve mismatches fast
- Maintain drawing change logs

Responsibilities: Design & Documentation
- Prepare layouts massing design options
- Produce working drawings and detail sets
- Maintain accuracy and design standards
- Support material research and mock-ups
Responsibilities: Execution & Site
- Visit sites regularly
- Flag and resolve mismatches
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors
- Maintain RFIs deviation logs and as-built drawings
Governance & Review
- Weekly OKR check-ins
- 30/60/90-day deliverables
- Document site learnings into drawing updates
30/60/90 Output Expectations
Day 30:
- Understand standards
- Redraw one project segment
- 12 site visits
Day 60:
- Own one drawing package
- Clear RFIs in 2448 hours
Day 90:
- Own one full module
- Zero-error submissions
- Close 80% deviations
Non-Negotiables
- No overdesign
- No ambiguity
- No delayed communication
- Full ownership
Reporting Structure
- Primary: Vertical Head Infrastride
- Secondary: Tamala Terrains Lead
- OKR Oversight: COO
