Responsibilities
Provide direct support and interventions for students with special education needs
Collaborate with educators families and school teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance student success
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
Requirements
Valid Colorado School Social Worker license (must be presented at interview)
Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience
Ability to work onsite; remote or hybrid options are not available
