Registered Nurse RGN/RMN

22.45 per hour Benefits

Day or Night Shifts

48 Hours per week

Rated Good by CQC this home offers a rewarding and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Valid NMC Pin with registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
Prior experience in a residential nursing or dementia care setting is preferred.
Ability to work 36-48 hours per week on a rotational schedule.
Strong communication skills empathy and a passion for patient-centred care.

Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centred care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
Administer medications and conduct regular health assessments.
Support and mentor care staff fostering a positive team environment.
Work a rotation of day and night shifts with alternate weekends required.
