What Were Looking For

Nurse-qualified (RGN or RMN) with active NMC pin
Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within a large nursing home
Strong leadership communication and clinical decision-making skills
Management qualification highly desirable (e.g. Level 5 Health & Social Care Management Managers Award)
Solid understanding of CQC requirements and evidence of achieving good outcomes
