Job Summary

RQ09944 - Business Analyst - Senior

Contract 1 year possible extension

222 Jarvis St. - Toronto - ONSITE

- From October 20 2025 the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home

- From January 5 2026 the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully

Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs. Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their requirements through gathering documenting and analyzing business needs and requirements. Prepares and advises on business analysis policies processes best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.

Must-Have:

10 years as a Business Analyst
Disaster planning recovery - at least 2-3 years of experience

Experience with business process mapping/value stream mapping
Experience with Lean Six Sigma
Experience with multiple stakeholders with solid communication and documentation
Develops informative coherent and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
Experience with architectural framework system specifically Zachman Framework (general understanding)
Experience as a Project Manager/BA - strong PMLC understanding.
