- Schedule (Full-Time Monday to Friday): You will be assigned to one of the following shifts:
- 11:00h 20:00h
- 13:00h 22:00h
- 16:00h 01:00h
Role and Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Support Specialist youll ensure our users receive timely accurate and compassionate assistance. Your main focus will be on resolving inquiries and maintaining a high standard of service.
- First-Contact Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers and patients via phone email and chat addressing inquiries related to healthcare services products and general support.
- Information Provision: Provide clear precise and empathetic information regarding medical appointments service eligibility account details and procedural guidance.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently and professionally troubleshoot document and resolve user issues escalating complex technical or clinical matters to senior specialists or relevant departments when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal protocols.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes by collecting user feedback and identifying trends.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Language Proficiency:
- Portuguese (Fluent/Native): Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English (B2 Level Minimum): Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal communication and training.
- Work Eligibility: Candidates must possess one of the following valid documents allowing them to work legally in Bulgaria for more than one year:
- Valid Bulgarian Residency Card (must be valid for over one year)
- EU Citizenship (Passport or ID card)
- Refugee Card
- Technical Setup: Must have a quiet dedicated space for remote work. All necessary equipment (e.g. laptop headset) will be provided by the company.
Good to Have (Advantageous)
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service call center or support role particularly within a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or healthcare environment is beneficial but not a strict requirement. Full training will be provided.
- Skills: Proven ability to multitask manage time effectively demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism especially when dealing with sensitive health-related topics.
