A Graduate FP&A Consultant supports senior team members to deliver enterprise-grade financial planning solutions for our clients. You will help analyse financial data document requirements build financial models and contribute to the design and implementation of FP&A technology solutions such as Workday Adaptive Insights. This role blends financial acumen with emerging technical capability and offers strong opportunities for learning growth and exposure to modern Enterprise Performance Management technology.

Day-to-Day Responsibility
- Support the analysis of financial statements drivers and business performance.
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models (forecasting budgeting scenario planning).
- Contribute to documenting business and functional requirements for FP&A solutions.
- Help configure test and validate FP&A technology platforms under guidance.
- Participate in data preparation validation and mapping activities for reporting and planning solutions.
- Prepare clear documentation presentations and structured outputs for clients.
- Support client workshops stand-ups and delivery activities.
- Assist with research solution design ideas and internal initiatives that drive continuous improvement within the FP&A practice.
What skills and experience would be ideal
- A recent graduate in Accounting Finance Commerce Economics or a related discipline
- Strong financial foundation with an interest in FP&A financial modelling budgeting and forecasting with demonstrated exposure to financial modelling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial information.
- Curious proactive and excited to build capability across financial systems and performance management technologies.
- Effective communicator who can explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A team player who collaborates well and adapts quickly to changing environments.
- Microsoft Office skills with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Basic exposure to logic-based thinking data concepts or simple programming (SQL Python VBA) is beneficial but not essential.
- Passion for combining finance and technology to help organisations make better decisions.
