Job Summary
We are expanding our remote team and looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful this role you will coordinate reservations for clients worldwide including accommodations cruises activities transportation and special events.
This is ideal for those who enjoy organization communication and problem-solving. You will receive ongoing training flexible scheduling and access to exclusive perks while working fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Curate personalized itineraries for clients
- Research and coordinate reservations through multiple suppliers
- Identify client preferences needs and budget and offer tailored recommendations
- Communicate clearly professionally and promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues
- Maintain accurate and secure client records
- Participate in ongoing training

Requirements:
- Citizenship in the USA UK Mexico Australia or Spain
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
