Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Personal Care Assistantfor an exciting job in Aldie VA.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing grooming dressing toileting and mobility.
Support meal preparation feeding and monitoring nutrition.
Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning laundry and organizing.
Assist with safe ambulation transfers and use of mobility aids.
Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
Offer companionship and support; engage clients in social or recreational activities.
Follow all safety guidelines and established care plans.
Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior caregiving or healthcare support experience preferred.
Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate patient and supportive demeanor.
Physically capable of assisting with lifting and mobility tasks.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
