Hiring Salary: $4600.33 - $6440.46/Monthly
The Program Administrator manages the day-to-day operational and fiscal activities for the County Relative Caregiver Program. This position will provide leadership to the program which is the primary source for relative caregivers and their families and whose mission is to provide support and services to children whose parents are unable or unwilling to raise them and are being raised by relatives.
Responsibilities- Oversees and manages the daily case management responsibility of Relative Caregiver Program (RCP) and support staff ensuring accurate program participants.
- Assists in clinical supervision of graduate social work students.
- Reviews and approves budget expenditure; manages and monitors RCP monthly stipend funds.
- Manages the state REDCAP system for monthly quarterly and yearly reporting system.
- Reviews client files approves requests for services ensuring service delivery complies with program university and state policies.
- Provides technical/professional assistance and leadership in the execution of day-to-day program activities.
- Participates with current BCDD Director and PIs in planning conducting and presenting research outcomes.
- Collaborates and partners with DHS DCS Juvenile Court local school and other social services providers.
- Coordinates hiring of new employees with Program Director Pediatrics Business and HR Department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEDUCATION:Masters Degree.(TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of experience in the social services field; ORBachelors Degree and five (5) years of experience in the social services field. Must have a valid Drivers License.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with community agency representatives.
Skill working with families and children.
Knowledge with program development including budgets and management.
Knowledge of computer hardware (setting up webinar equipment) and software (Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher).
WORK SCHEDULE:This position may occasionally be required to work weekends and frequently evenings.
