Overview of Position:

The Lead HR Tech Analyst will play a vital role in supporting HUBsHRISbusiness processes byleveragingtheirexpertisein Workday and related HR technologies.The primary objective of this role will be to ensure the efficient operation configuration and continuous improvement of the Workday Human Capital Management System to meet the needs of our employees and the business.This position ishands-onand requires strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Workday (specifically)and experience with other Human Resources functions (i.e.Payroll Benefits Time & Absence Compensationetc.) This role will also serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and subject matterexpertensuring operational effectivenessandscalability data integrity testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

KeyResponsibilities include:

  • Subject Matter Expert

  • Possessesall-around Workday and HR Technology skills to leadWorkday configuration and solutioning with a focus onHCM Security Recruitingand Performance.

  • Coaches and mentors HR Technology Analysts sharing Workdayexpertise.

  • Supports Workday release management: reviews release summariesconductsbreakoutsessionwith COEs and manages release testing.Identifiesenhancement solutions andimpactstodownstream systems.

  • Maintains awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development delivery and support and applies key technologies.

  • Recommends process and customer service improvements innovative solutions and policy changes.

  • Evaluates builds andmaintainsall elements related to our HRIS systemsincluding but not limited toPayroll Benefits Time & Absence HCM Reporting and Dashboards.

  • Supportsad-hoc reporting requests across the organization.

  • Assistsinidentifyingnew HR needs andthe softwareproducts with a focus on data and analytics.

  • Responsible fordriving innovation and process improvement to support long term humanresourcesbusiness goals and process improvement.

  • Respondsto andresolvesHRIS ticketssubmittedin a timely manner.

  • Training:

  • Providestechnical support andservesas a subject matter expert to educate system end users on how to navigate and use the system as needed.

  • Developsandmaintainsprocess documentation.

  • Trainsnew systemusersanddevelopsuser procedures job aids guidelines and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in related discipline (e.g. Information Systems Human Resources or Business) is;OR

  • 6 years of relevant experience in an HRIS analyst role with configuration knowledge of 2 or more Workday modules including HCM Recruiting Compensation Benefits Payroll Time & Attendance Performance & Talent Management

  • Workday partner or Pro Certificationpreferred.

  • 2 years of Workday consultingand orimplementation experience.

  • Excellent analyticalskills;ability to collect and analyze data and present findings.

  • Excellent communication skills are keysforthis role as this role willfrequentlyinteract with varying levels of leadership and will need to evaluate the expressed and un-expressed needs for proper requirements.

  • Team playerwithstrong customer service orientationintegrityand ability to maintain a professional friendly demeanorat all times.

  • Solution orientedand solid business acumen.

  • Critical thinking skills and being able to work independently.

  • Strong organizational skills andattention to detail.

  • Ability tomaintainstrict confidentiality.

  • Solid ability inidentifyingand resolving problems ina timely effective manner.

  • Insurance industryexperiencean asset.

  • Experience with changemanagementa plus.

  • Ability to travel (10%)

Disclosure required under applicable law in California Colorado Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York New Jersey and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $110000- $130000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
