Assist with product order delivery or account questions
Escalate cases when necessary
Apply internal procedures and KPIs
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

Dutch C1
Good English (B1/B2)
Experience in customer service is a plus
Ability to work rotating shifts
Remote availability within Turkey

Salary & Benefits

Net Base Salary: 42000 TL
Monthly Bonus: 5000 TL
