About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Social Media Advisor to join our team in this role you will support customers on social media channels respond to inquiries resolve issues and provide a high-quality service experience. Candidates must be comfortable working with KPIs and adaptable to changing schedules.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in German and English

Manage posts messages comments and reviews with professionalism and accuracy

Provide clear solutions escalate issues when necessary and maintain service quality

Meet performance KPIs (response time quality scores customer satisfaction etc.)

Ensure a consistent brand tone in all interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Requirements

German B2/C1 strong English
-
Proven Customer Service experience ideally in contact centers

Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics
-
Ability to work on-site in Porto

Flexibility to work rotating schedules including future night shifts

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
