Job Summary

What Youll Do

Interact with customers via phone email live chat and social media delivering clear friendly and accurate information
Resolve inquiries regarding services bookings and basic technical issues while following company policies
Document customer interactions in our CRM systems and escalate issues when needed
Prioritise and manage a queue of service tickets collaborating with colleagues and technical teams
Suggest improvements to service processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Who You Are

Native or fluent in Dutch (C2 level) with strong English communication (minimum B2)
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but your communication skills and enthusiasm matter most
Comfortable across multiple channels (phone email chat) and adept at learning new tools quickly
Detail-oriented organised and able to adapt in a fast-moving support team
