- Location: Porto Portugal (On-site)
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 19:00 (2 rotating days off)
- Contract: Full-time stable project
- Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via social media (chat comments email)
- Manage inquiries feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain brand tone and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex topics when needed
- Work according to KPIs and quality guidelines
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with platform rules
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1)
- Good English (B1)
- Experience in Customer Service Social Media Digital Support or Community Management is an advantage
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Available to work rotating schedules
- EU passport or Portuguese residency
Salary & Benefits
- 1100 gross x 14 months
