Job Summary

A leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia is seeking skilled Grill Cook to prepare high-quality grilled dishes and maintain exceptional kitchen standards.

SALARY: SAR 2000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare season and cook meats seafood and vegetables on grills according to menu specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grill station and work area.
Ensure food is cooked and presented to company standards.
Monitor food inventory and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
Follow all food safety hygiene and quality control guidelines.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role preferably in restaurants or hotels.
Previous GCC experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
