Job Summary
One of our reputed clients in Saudi Arabia a leading restaurant chain is urgently seeking experienced Cook specializing in Western and Arabic Cuisine. The ideal candidates should be skilled in preparing a wide variety of dishes maintaining kitchen hygiene and ensuring high food quality and presentation standards.
SALARY: SAR 1600 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Western and Arabic dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure all meals are prepared with proper portioning seasoning and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new dish ideas when required.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages to the Head Chef.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Work effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Western and Arabic cuisine preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
- GCC experience preferred.
