Job Summary

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo Sri Lanka is looking for experienced Real Estate Agent to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
Conduct property viewings presentations and negotiations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients landlords and property developers.
Stay up to date with market trends property values and legal requirements.
Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts and agreements.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to complete transactions smoothly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Sound knowledge of the local property market in Colombo and surrounding areas.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated results-driven and target-oriented personality.
Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil will be an added advantage.
