Job Summary

One of our reputed clients a leading software solutions company in Sri Lanka is seeking dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Professional to join their Colombo team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology sales and building long-term client relationships in the IT industry.

SALARY: LKR 200000 Attractive Commissions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software and IT solutions market.
Conduct client meetings presentations and product demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing IT Business Management or related field.
Minimum 23 years of experience in software or IT solution sales.
Strong understanding of SaaS ERP CRM or software-related products.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work independently.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is an advantage.
