Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive significant growth by expanding our business with existing high-potential customers and acquiring new enterprise clients. You will manage complex strategic sales cycles positioning company as a critical partner in developing tech talent. If youre an innovative curious and results-driven sales professional join us!

What Youll Do:

  • Hunt and drive new business growth within a defined territory (white space & existing accounts).
  • Develop and execute tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue.
  • Master and apply company sales framework to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (BDRs Customer Success Marketing Sales Engineers).
  • Lead complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise accounts.
  • Engage with customers in-person to strengthen partnerships and advance sales.

What Youll Bring:

  • 7 years of proven enterprise sales experience selling complex SaaS solutions preferably to C-suite and senior tech/talent leaders.
  • Track record of overachieving $1M revenue targets and closing $200k deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in new logo acquisition heavy prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Expertise in value-based selling frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC).
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience required; EdTech experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including executive-level engagement.

Work Model & Travel:

  • Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday in our Dublin Ireland office; remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
