About the Role
As a Service Desk Analyst you will support Polish-speaking users who need assistance with IT-related issues. You will be responsible for diagnosing problems resolving incidents and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to Polish-speaking users via phone email and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware software network and access issues in a structured and efficient manner.
• Record track and follow up on incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Escalate more complex cases to specialist teams when necessary.
• Assist with account setups onboarding of new users and configuration of devices.
• Actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes and the support knowledge base.

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent Polish plus strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in IT support or customer service roles is a strong advantage but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and friendly manner.
• Organised reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
