Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
Identify recurring customer concerns to help improve processes

Requirements

Fluent in Croatian (native or C2) and English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with digital tools and fast-paced environments
Customer service experience is a plus but full training is provided
