40 hours per week (8 hours per day / 5 days per week)
About the Role
Join an international Customer Support team providing top-quality assistance to Dutch and English-speaking clients. You will handle inbound calls emails and chats ensuring professional empathetic and timely solutions. The role is fully remote for candidates already living in Greece with stable internet connection and a local residence.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2 minimum)
Eligibility to work in Greece (valid work permit or EU citizenship)
Previous experience in customer service or remote assistance preferred
Tech-savvy reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely
Strong communication problem-solving and multitasking skills
Compensation & Benefits
1500 gross/month 14 salaries per year(12 monthly Easter Summer & Christmas bonuses)
Private health & life insurance
Performance bonus (in line with project-specific criteria)
25 days paid annual leave per year
Meal voucher: 50 per month
Contract
Permanent full-time contract under Greek law
Standard working conditions: 40 hours per week / 5 days
Relocation & Remote Policy
For Dutch candidates already residing in Greece with a house remote work is fully available across all regions of Greece (TBU project eligibility).
For new arrivals from abroad standard relocation support includes:
3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office
Up to 300 relocation support (reimbursed with first payment)
Legal support with hiring documentation
Candidates must be in Athens 7 days prior to the start date for onboarding formalities
Employees relocating from abroad must work onsite for the first 3 months before becoming eligible for remote work
Please note:
Flight ticket is not covered except partial reimbursement (up to 300 gross)
No airport transfer pick-up or real estate assistance after the initial hotel stay
