Role Description
As a Customer Service Advisor for the Italian market you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls chat and back-office tasks.
Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support issue resolution answering questions managing requests and providing solutions in a professional empathetic and results-oriented manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service Support or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage inbound calls chat and back-office channels
- Fluency in Italian (native/C1) and a good level of English
- Experience in international environments is an advantage
- Self-motivated adaptable and customer-focused
Work Model
- On-site or Remote positions available
- Remote roles require candidates to be based in Greece*
- Projects across different industries (technology digital platforms consumer services and more)
