Job Summary

This is a full-time remote position supporting one of our global partner projects across various industries. You would be working within a large international platform that collaborates with major brands to provide high-quality services and solutions.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Advisor for the Italian market you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls chat and back-office tasks.

Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support issue resolution answering questions managing requests and providing solutions in a professional empathetic and results-oriented manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Service Support or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inbound calls chat and back-office channels
  • Fluency in Italian (native/C1) and a good level of English
  • Experience in international environments is an advantage
  • Self-motivated adaptable and customer-focused

Work Model

  • On-site or Remote positions available
  • Remote roles require candidates to be based in Greece*
  • Projects across different industries (technology digital platforms consumer services and more)
