Who you are

• Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service live support or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Quick thinker detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools software platforms and live communication systems.
