THE ROLE
Were looking for aBusiness Systems Analyst (BSA) focused on Talent Management Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition technologies to join our HR Technology PMO & Analytics organization. This team is transforming how we design deliver and measure HR programs through the power of data technology and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role youll partner with HR IT and business leaders to optimize our global Talent systemsincluding our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools Talent Management platforms and Workforce Planning solutions. Youll help streamline how we attract develop and retain top talent while ensuring our technology ecosystem scales with the business.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Own the Talent Tech Stack: Serve as a system expert and primary contact for Talent systems including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) CRM tools Talent Management platforms and Workforce Planning solutions.
- Drive the Roadmap: Partner with HR and IT to define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap that aligns withPures hiring development and workforce planning strategies.
- Deliver Enhancements: Translate business requirements into functional and scalable solutions. Partner with IT to define user stories manage configuration changes conduct UAT and ensure smooth deployment.
- Integrate Systems: Support cross-platform integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Talent HRIS and Analytics systems enabling unified reporting and insights.
- Partner Across HR: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Talent Management and Workforce Planning teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities that enhance user experience.
- Expand Scope: Over time take ownership of additional HR technologies as Pures people systems landscape evolves.
- Enable Adoption: Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication training and documentation to maximize adoption of new capabilities.
- Measure Impact: Build and automate reports dashboards and KPIs that help business leaders make data-driven talent decisions.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from thePragueoffice in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or HR Technology Specialist supporting Talent or People systems.
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse Workday Recruiting orSmartRecruiters.
- Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools like GemBeamery or Avature.
- Talent Management systems such as Workday Talent SuccessFactors or Cornerstone.
- Workforce Planning solutions (enterprise-grade).
- Proven experience leading HR technology projects from design through delivery.
- Strong understanding of HR process flows across Talent Acquisition Talent Management and Workforce Planning.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills you can extract insights and tell a story with data.
- Exceptional communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced global organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing integrations between Talent systems and Workday (Core HR).
- Familiarity withPures current tools including Greenhouse (ATS) Gem (CRM) and Workday Talent or similar platforms.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with project management or agile methodologies.
- Background supporting HR technology in multinational environments.
