First-Line Multi-Services Manager (Facilities Strategic Planning)

We are seeking a Facilities Strategic Planning Manager (Level K) to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREPs) organization leading a team of strategic planners located in Everett Washington.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett Washington.

Our Strategic Planning team partners with multiple organizations within Boeing to include Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Boeing Global Services (BGS) and our Corporate Enterprise functions.

This role involves effective leadership collaboration & relationship management with stakeholders across these multiple organizations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning; collaboration and integration with our facilities teams to include analysts project & property administrators facilities provisioning engineering construction and plant & equipment maintenance

• Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

• Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers business partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes

• Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers

• Manages leads coaches develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience leading or managing a team

• 3 years of experience developing strategic long range business plans

• 3 years of experience developing & delivering presentations to senior leaders

• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree

• 5 years of experience with real estate project management and space planning

• 3 years of experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD programs

• Experience with planning project budgets and monitoring financial performance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
