Responsibilities
Customer & Order Management
Lead the design and optimization of order management workflows to ensure scalability efficiency and compliance.
Serve as the escalation point for complex customer order issues providing expert-level resolution and guidance.
Monitor and analyze order trends to proactively identify risks inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
Own the end-to-end order lifecycle ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
Develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards to track KPIs SLAs and operational performance.
Lead internal audits and ensure readiness for external compliance reviews (e.g. SOX ISO).
Oversee the governance of SOPs ensuring they reflect best practices and are regularly updated based on process changes or system upgrades.
Cross-functional Support
Act as the key liaison between Order Management and IT Finance Supply Chain and Commercial teams to drive system enhancements and process alignment.
Lead cross-functional workshops to identify pain points and co-create solutions.
Represent Order Management in strategic planning meetings and transformation initiatives.
Team Collaboration & Training
Design and deliver advanced training programs for new hires and existing team members focusing on process excellence and system proficiency.
Mentor team members on root cause analysis continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and stakeholder management.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
Process Improvement & Innovation
Champion digital transformation initiatives including automation AI tools and ERP enhancements.
Conduct gap analyses and lead projects to close process or system deficiencies.
Benchmark internal processes against industry standards and recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
University degree required (preferably in Economics Business Supply Chain Management or related fields)
Advanced proficiency in French (C1) and strong business communication skills in English (B2/C1).
Extensive experience with SAP (SD/MM modules) and advanced Excel (pivot tables macros data analysis).
Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) Order Management Supply Chain or Logistics with demonstrated ownership of complex processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives in a multinational or matrixed environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
Proven track record of process optimization automation or digital transformation in order management.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business units and geographies.
