The Womens Health practice is located on the hospital campus and offers comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services in a collaborative supportive environment.

Position Summary

The organization is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join its growing Womens Health practice in Lawton Oklahoma. The incoming provider will work alongside a dedicated teamincluding two OB/GYNs and a Womens Health Nurse Practitionerproviding high-quality prenatal intrapartum postpartum and gynecologic care.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal visits labor management deliveries postpartum care and routine gynecologic services.

• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in patient education preventive health initiatives and ongoing quality-improvement programs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

• Support a patient-centered culture that prioritizes safety compassion and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters degree in Nursing with CNM certification from an accredited program.

• Licensure & Certification: Active Certified Nurse Midwife credential; eligible for Oklahoma licensure.

• Experience: Prior CNM experience preferred; candidates must be comfortable managing full-scope midwifery care.
