Regional Administrative Assistant AMZL Southern Region
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Regional Administrative Coordinator to support operations across the Southern AMZL region. This role will be instrumental in managing regional engagement initiatives coordinating regional activities and maintaining effective communication across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive regional engagement calendar
Coordinate and track site activities and events across the Southern region
Support the planning and execution of regional engagement initiatives
Manage administrative communications between sites and regional leadership
Track and report on site engagement metrics and participation
Schedule and coordinate regional meetings and events
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Provide administrative support to the Regional Operations Manager
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of administrative experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Experience in calendar management and scheduling Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics or operations environment
Experience with event planning and coordination
Knowledge of engagement programs and initiatives Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field Schedule:
Monday-Friday full-time position

- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- 1 years of Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) experience
- Prior administrative experience handling calendar scheduling
- Strong communication skills
