Compensation Analyst Sales & Marketing
About the Role:
As a Compensation Analyst at Capital Vacations youll be the driving force behind the accuracy automation and insight of our sales and marketing compensation programs. Youll work directly with leadership to design and manage pay plans automate processes using Everstage and bring data to life with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
What Youll Do:
- Design administer and analyze sales and marketing compensation programs that align with business goals.
- Use Everstage to automate commission calculations ensure accurate payouts and maintain plan configurations.
- Build and maintain data models and dashboards in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to provide real-time insights.
- Partner with Sales Marketing HR and Finance to support compensation strategies and ensure compliance.
- Continuously improve compensation processes through automation and data-driven insights.
- Support plan launches communication and training for sales and marketing payees.
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting HR or Analytics.
- 36 years of compensation or sales operations experience (timeshare or hospitality preferred).
- Experience with Everstage or similar commission systems (SAP Commissions Xactly Anaplan).
- Strong skills in Power BI Excel and data analysis within Microsoft Fabric or similar BI tools.
- Analytical mindset exceptional attention to detail and ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
Salary Expectations:
$90000/year
Location and Reporting:
This position is ideally based in Myrtle Beach SC with flexibility for Orlando FL. The Compensation Analyst reports directly to the VP Sales & Marketing Efficiency.
