Job Description
Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager required to join a growing HVAC supplier.
The successful Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager will drive new business growth while leading the companys marketing strategy playing a key role in the long-term succession plan with a clear pathway towards Director level.
The Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager will ideally have a strong background in sales and marketing within the HVAC or building services sector and must be within a commutable distance to Solihull with regular office presence required.
Package
- 50000 to 60000 depending on experience

Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager Role:
- Drive new business development within the HVAC/building services market.
- Lead and manage all marketing strategy communications and HVAC campaigns.
- Source and analyse HVAC market data to identify commercial opportunities.
- Manage lead funnels qualification and structured follow-up.
- Work closely with senior leadership taking on long-term succession responsibilities.
Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager Requirements:
- Strong sales experience in the HVAC or building services sector.
- Proven background in sales and marketing within HVAC industry.
- Ability to build HVAC campaigns interpret market data and manage lead pipelines.
- Be able to bring in new business and promote and grow the companys reputation.
- Must live within commutable distance to Solihull with regular office presence.
