What were looking for
Were looking for early-career high-energy Account Executives to join our team and help small Chinese-American restaurants across the U.S.. In this role youll be visiting restaurants building relationships and helping owners understand how Tarros solutions can save them time reduce costs and grow their businesses.
This is an ideal role for someone bilingual in Mandarin and English and looking to build their career at the intersection of tech small business and real-world problem-solving. If youre well-spoken self-driven and love working with people face-to-face this is your chance to represent a fast-growing startup and make a direct impact in the lives of small business owners.
What youll do
You will visit small Chinese-American restaurants pitch Tarros tech stack and close deals
You will build rapport with restaurant owners running demos and answering questions in both English and Mandarin.
You will manage your daily pipeline activity tracking and post-sale handoffs using our internal tools and CRM.
You will gather product feedback and share ground-level insights to improve sales playbooks and customer onboarding.
You will act as Tarros face in the fieldrepresenting our mission our brand and our commitment to customer success.
Year 1 Deliverables
Hit individual sales targets within 90 days (expected 1015 successful signups per month after ramp-up).
Maintain accurate daily CRM and pipeline hygiene (95% update rate).
Be rated 4.5/5 or higher on customer satisfaction surveys from restaurant clients.
Contribute to improving Tarros sales playbooks based on field learnings and objections.
About You
You have 13 years of experience in sales field marketing or a customer-facing role.
You are fluent in both Mandarin and English and feel confident running demos in either language.
You are open to doing frequent travels to the US for trainings immersions and client meetings.
You are organized coachable and comfortable working independently while adapting quickly to new environments.
Bonus Points
Youve worked with small merchants or in the F&B / hospitality sector.
Youve done door-to-door or field sales or run product activations or demos.
Youve studied or lived abroad (especially in the US) and understand the culture and business landscape.
Youre a natural at making people feel comfortable and confident in trying something new.
