Within the ACCIONA Internship Program you will be part of a team that will involve you in projects from day one you will be accompanied by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day to day of a global company.

Apoyo en los proyectos de transformación digital de la compañía aplicables a procesos corporativos de RRHH.

- Generación de material formativo y manuales por proceso (manejo de ppt a nivel avanzado).

- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de los procedimientos y procesos nuevos por parte de los negocios (contacto con HRBPs o partes implicadas).

- Coordinación con la parte técnica para la configuración de las herramientas implicadas.

Formación en ADE Digitalización o similar (imprescindible estar cursando cuarto curso de grado universitario o quinto de grado doble y tener horas disponibles de prácticas para firma de convenio)

Conocimientos y manejo de Power Point PDF Word y softwares de generación de material de consulta.

Excel alto

Inglés alto imprescindible (se realizará prueba)

Disponibilidad horaria para realizar prácticas
