Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant with 57 years of experience in non-financial audits to join our dynamic management consulting practice. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping clients enhance operational performance strengthen governance and drive process improvements. You will work across a variety of industries delivering strategic audit and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver comprehensive audits of client business processes and operations (non-financial)
- Evaluate internal control environments and assess alignment with relevant policies procedures and regulatory expectations
- Identify risks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities delivering clear and actionable recommendations to clients
- Prepare high-impact audit reports and presentations for client management and stakeholders
- Support clients in implementing audit findings and track progress on corrective actions
- Collaborate with client teams and internal consultants to embed a culture of accountability and operational excellence
- Contribute to the development of tailored risk-based audit plans aligned with client strategic objectives
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Risk Management Internal Audit or a related field
- Professional certification preferred (e.g. CIA CISA CRMA)
- 57 years of relevant audit experience preferably in a consulting advisory or cross-industry environment
- Strong grasp of internal control frameworks risk management standards and audit best practices
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced client-centric environment
