Responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in the hot kitchen section (grill saut roast). Ensures food quality hygiene and smooth kitchen operations during service.

Cook and present hot dishes to standard
Supervise junior kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Ensure proper mise en place and stock control
Qualifications :
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of hot kitchen techniques
Strong teamwork and time management skills
