Job Responsibilities:

Leading OCE market research project to clarify and quantify new engagement model impact (OCE) and its behavioral impact.
Support HCP consent capture and data quality initiatives.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys related to Novartis new engagement model.
Collect pharmacy market feedback to support omnichannel strategy development.

Candidate Profile

Enrolled in the 4th or 5th year in the Faculty of Pharmacy.
Digitally savvy and eager to explore new engagement models.
Committed to learning and upholding compliance and data privacy standards.
Strong communicators with a proactive and professional attitude.
Interested in contributing to the future of healthcare in Egypt.
