We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team and help us enhance our online presence and organic search performance.

Job Overview:

As an SEO Specialist at IDSCCC you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic improve search engine rankings and enhance the online visibility of our clients websites. You will work closely with the content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.

- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings on search engines like Google Bing and Yahoo.

- Perform regular SEO audits of websites to identify and rectify issues affecting site performance.

- Optimize website content meta tags images and other on-page elements for search engines.

- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush) and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends algorithms and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

- Implement link-building strategies to increase the website s authority and search engine ranking.

- Track report and analyze SEO performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.

- Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

- Provide SEO guidance and training to internal teams and clients as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Information Technology or a related field.

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Moz Ahrefs etc.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Experience with local SEO and international SEO is a plus.
