We are a home-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy company that works closely with children who have behavioral challenges or a diagnosis of Autism. Through play-based personalized therapy we help children develop essential life skills in their most comfortable environments - home clinic school or the community.

What Youll Do
As a Behavior Technician youll play a vital role in helping children grow learn and thrive. Youll work one-on-one with clients using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors - always with guidance and support from our clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniques
- Making learning fun through structured play and interactive activities
- Tracking progress and collecting data on skill development and behaviors
- Communicating with families and team members to ensure consistent support
- Helping adapt therapy plans to fit each childs unique needs
- Bringing creativity energy and patience to every session
What Were Looking For
You dont need to be an expert - we provide full paid training. What matters most is your passion for working with kids and your commitment to making a difference.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology education or a related field is a plus
- A love for working with children and a desire to learn and grow
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable motivated and comfortable working independently in home and community settings
- Tech-savvy and organized with a positive and creative mindset
- Able to work flexible hours (including after school and evenings)
