Job Summary
A vibrant and student-focused secondary school in Norwich is seeking an inspiring Music Teacher to join their Performing Arts department immediately. This role is ideal for a teacher who believes in nurturing confidence through performance encouraging creativity and making Music accessible to all students.
Role Overview
You will teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4 working with an engaging and well-sequenced curriculum. Lessons are performance-rich allowing students to work hands-on with instruments digital software and group rehearsal activities. The department encourages reflective learning musical independence and enjoyment of making music.
Extra-curricular involvement is highly encouraged with opportunities to:
Direct ensembles choirs and instrumental groups
Support drama and musical theatre projects
Lead practical workshops
