Job Summary
Wayman Education is seeking a dedicated and creative Art ECT Teacher to join a Good Secondary School in Hertfordshire starting immediately on a full-time contract. The school is looking for a passionate Early Career Teacher who is enthusiastic about developing artistic skills building student confidence and delivering high-quality Art lessons across KS3 and KS4.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT seeking a school with outstanding support a close-knit Arts team and a collaborative school culture.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Art Design Fine Art or related subject
QTS/QTLS or PGCE with an Art specialism
A passion for creative teaching and student engagement
Ability to inspire artistic confidence in learners of all abilities
Salary
Paid to scale MPS/UPS (M1UPS3) depending on experience.
