Product and Delivery Manager
12 month Contract
We are seeking a proactive customer-centric tech-savvy Product and Delivery Manager to work across our portfolio of products ensuring customers colleagues and other stakeholders receive the highest level of support across the varied sites apps and systems managed by the team.
Reporting to the Senior product and delivery manager the Product and delivery manager will work closely with other members of the team to ensure all products in the portfolio are supported managed and continually developed throughout their lifecycle.
In this role you will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation problem solving and flexibility. With our transition to the Royal College of Pharmacy in 2026 the Product and delivery manager will be part of a team responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps including identifying trends planning and supporting product development and working closely with partners to support internal and external users.
About the role:
- Provide day to day support for the portfolio of products and service applications including answering support tickets from users. Work with the teams to provide training and support across all products in the portfolio as required.
- Work with a diverse range of interested parties to ensure all current products and service applications perform as expected and to manage their needs and expectations. Explore and evaluate any future plugins that will enhance the user experience and provide editorial with new tools to deliver new or improved functionality.
- Working as part of the Product team ensure roadmaps are created followed and updated for all products. Manage and ensure the delivery of all revenue-related projects across all digital products in the portfolio. This will also include the development of products to support new revenue opportunities.
- As part of the product team create and maintain user activity and competitor reports to demonstrate the value of the products. Leverage customer insights competitor landscape analyses information to create customer segment specific information.
Person Specification:
- Demonstratable experience working with customer record systems and content management platforms (we will be using Salesforce) with a clear understanding of how these systems support user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and a user-centric mindset supported by hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and other data tools to gather insights and inform decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively ask insightful questions and solve problems effectively. Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams self-motivate and adapt to changing priorities.
