Communications Coordinator
Location: OCU Leeds Stourton & Yorkshire Water Bradford Full-time Fixed term 6 months
Yorkshire Water is seeking a proactive Communications Coordinator to help deliver clear timely customer communications across major clean water projects.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive coordinator to support Yorkshire Water with the planning preparation and creation of external written customer communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys managing multiple priorities and is confident working with a variety of stakeholders.
You will play a key part in ensuring our customer communications are accurate timely and aligned with operational needs across multiple clean water contract partners.
About the Role
Youll be the go-to person for coordinating partner meetings managing communication trackers and ensuring customer letters and updates are accurate on time and aligned with project activity.
Key responsibilities
- Produce customer-focused written communications.
- Organise recurring meetings with clean water partners (M Group SUS United Infra Galliford Try OCU).
- Upload and update weekly whereabouts documents.
- Log track and escalate customer letter requests.
- Keep comms and engagement dashboards up to date.

- Comfortable splitting your time across two sites.
