This role is based at our headquarters in Rome Italy where we have our main offices. You will join our Sale and Customer care team! From here we offer remote support to all our Squares based in Rome Milan and Florence.

What Youll Do:

Assist guests with reservations queries and complaints
Manage and respond to guest reviews
Communicate effectively across different YellowSquare locations
Support internal teams by distributing key information
Work closely with a supervisor to navigate various customer service scenarios

What You Need:

Strong teamwork skills - You collaborate well with others
Flexibility - Ready to adapt to different shifts and schedules
A passion for customer service - You love making people feel welcome
Excellence in English and another language and at least a B2 level in Italian
Strong excel skills
Positive problem - solving skills
Codice Fiscale all the necessary documents to be hired in Italy

What We Offer:

Internship (Stage/Tirocinio) - 3 to 6 months
International office located between Termini and Castro Pretorio (no smart working for the duration of the internship)
Full-time: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
