About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Development Verification Engineer to join our client s engineering team. This position is perfect for early-career professionals or recent graduates passionate about software validation embedded systems and automotive technologies.
As a Validation Engineer you will play a key role in verifying vehicle software systems to ensure they meet functional performance and reliability standards. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements design test plans execute validation activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end system validation of vehicle software focusing on Connectivity Access Control Systems and CCC Digital Key.

Review and clarify software requirements to ensure completeness and testability.

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans outlining scope resources and schedules.

Design and execute detailed automated and manual test cases for functionality integration regression performance and reliability.

Document results identify defects and collaborate with developers to drive resolution.

Continuously improve validation processes test methodologies and product quality.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality production-ready embedded software.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align validation objectives and ensure timely issue closure.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master s preferred).

0 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing or validation.

Familiarity with wireless technologies such as BLE UWB and NFC.

Understanding of automotive communication protocols DoIP UDS LIN and CAN.

Knowledge of networking protocols including Wi-Fi 5G LTE and GPS.

Strong foundation in security concepts Mutual TLS VPN 802.1x PKI.

Basic proficiency in programming/scripting for automation (Python Shell etc.).

Exposure to automation frameworks and test infrastructure development.

Excellent problem-solving debugging and documentation skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
