Known Models is an independent international agency representing talent across luxury fashion editorial and campaign markets. Our models work with top houses magazines and creative clients worldwide. The team operates across Amsterdam London Paris Milan and New York with new faces added weekly and constant development opportunities across territories.

We are now opening opportunities for motivated Model Bookers to join our Amsterdam office.

This role suits someone entrepreneurial connected driven and ready to build a roster and career with real ownership.

Tasks

Managing and developing your own model board (new faces development represented talent)

Building and maintaining relationships with international agencies casting directors & producers

Pitching talent across multiple territories editorial runway campaign ecom commercial

Planning model travel placements scouting collaborations & development strategies

Working closely with talent on image curation portfolio growth & trajectory planning

Negotiating rates usage contracts and deal structures

Identifying and securing new market opportunities globally

Contributing to weekly strategy on scouting agency outreach and client growth

Who Were Looking For

You have model booking experience agency casting or production

You can speak to clients and models in a grounded clear and human way
