Job Details:

Title: LPN

Location: Franklin NH

Shift: 8HRS/DAY

Duration: 9-13 weeks (Possibility of extension)

Guarantee: 40

Payrate: $40-$46/hr

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed including IV infusion and injections.
Conduct patient assessments including vital signs medical history intake and physical examinations.
Assist with daily living activities for patients in long-term care assisted living or home care settings.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Support patients with special needs including those with developmental disabilities or dementia.
Participate in triage and emergency response situations as needed.

Requirements:

Active LPN License.
Active BLS
COVID Card
DL Copy
FLU Vaccination
